In some cases, yes. When you reach the limit, the screen may offer to let you watch an ad in exchange for extra attempts. This option isn't always available: it depends on the current settings and on whether an ad is available for your device at that moment.
If the option doesn't appear, you can wait for your free allowance to renew or activate Premium to practice without limits.
