To understand how the app is used and improve it, we record usage events such as screens visited, levels started and completed, exercise results (correct, incorrect, or skipped), whether speech recognition worked, course playback, and purchase attempts.
- Events are linked to a pseudonymous identifier that doesn't contain your name or email.
- They never include the content of your answers, your audio, what you said, payment data, or your device's advertising identifier.
- We use Google Analytics for Firebase as a provider. We don't use this information for personalized advertising or to track you across other apps or websites.
- We also measure loading and response times in aggregate, without identifying you.
You can ask us to delete the events linked to your account by writing to [email protected]. More details in the Privacy policy.
