How do I delete my account?

There are three ways to do it:

1. From the app: go to Perfil (Profile), scroll to the bottom, and tap the option to delete your account. The app will ask you to confirm.
2. From this site: on Delete account, or from My account. To confirm, you'll need to type the word DELETE.
3. By email: write to us at [email protected] from the email linked to your account.

What happens when you delete it

• Your profile, your progress in the levels and the course, your streak, and your preferences are deleted. They can't be recovered.
• You're signed out on all your devices.
• Deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it from your store first to avoid new charges (see how to cancel).
