I forgot my password. How do I recover it?

You can create a new password yourself:

1. In the app tap “Forgot your password?”, or go to Get back into your account on this website.
2. Enter your account email. We'll send you a 6-digit code and a link (check spam too).
3. Enter the code in the app, or open the link in the email, and choose your new password.

The code expires in 30 minutes and works only once. Changing your password signs out your other sessions.

Bought on Hotmart and never created a password? Do the same with the email of your purchase: that activates your account.

If you created your account with Google or Apple, you don't have a Brainlocity password: sign in with the same Google or Apple button you used the first time. If none of this works, write to [email protected].
